Salade Niçoise

Niçoise salad is a typical French side that is served besides main dishes or as a light meal on its own. This dish comes from the Provence region in France. The salad is usually made by combining fresh vegetables and protein options, including tomatoes, lettuce, green beans, boiled eggs, Cailletier olives, tuna, and anchovies.

Ratatouille

There is a whole Disney animation movie based on this dish with the same name, Ratatouille. This dish is a French authentic one that is recognized in many regions around the world. Ratatouille is a combination of healthy ingredients that include fresh stewed vegetables. It is either served as a main dish or as a side one. It some cases, it is found stuffed into other food options like omelets and crepes.
